Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Dono mobile application ("App") operated by Dono ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Dono. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. Users between 13 and 17 years old must have parental consent.

2. Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You agree not to share your account with others or use another user's account.
• You may delete your account at any time via Me → Settings → Delete Account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. In-App Coins & Purchases

• Dono uses a virtual currency ("Coins") that can be earned through app activity or purchased via Apple's in-app purchase system.
• Coins have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred between accounts.
• All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policy.
• You may restore previous purchases at any time via Me → Settings → Restore Purchases.
• We reserve the right to modify coin pricing or availability at any time.

4. User Content

By posting content (e.g., Inspire posts, photos) you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content within the App. You represent that:

• You own or have rights to the content you post.
• Your content does not violate any third party's rights or applicable law.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post harmful, offensive, or illegal content.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or exploit the App.
• Use automated tools to access or scrape the App.
• Impersonate other users or entities.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, code, and trademarks in the App are the property of Dono or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dono shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
